We don't offer an additional full breakfast, but a complimentary warm drinks and pastries at the lobby area, from 8.30 to 11.00 a.m. from MAY to OCTOBER and it is also available at the poolside or to take away.

Lunch and evening meals are not available by the time.

All accommodations provide an efficient and noiseless air conditioner / heater system.

Our staff will provide information about our Private Medical Partner whose services are on site (in the room if needed), at the medical center or by video-calls.

All accommodations are non-smoking, exceptionally in the private balcony area or special smoking areas.

The penalty is €80/day if smoking is detected in your accommodation.

Villa Primera do not provide E-bike plug rechargeable neither electric car station.

VILLA PRIMERA is not a unique or exclusive rental accommodation. Therefore, requesting a room wish, about the storey in the building or the exact location of the room, is not guaranteed it at all.
Guest wishes are subject to availability. By this way, we recommend you to include your special request on the reservation or send us an Email and we will try to organize it if it is available by check-in.

In our region, piped Water is not drinkable. The municipality of Santanyi does not supply drinking water through the public water network, however daily controls on water quality is done on premises according to the Spanish regulations (RD 487/2022).
